We accept vector formats including AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG for production. Raster files such as PNG, JPG, and PSD are acceptable for proofing only; we will re-vectorize at no charge if your file is at least 300 DPI. Required production files use CMYK color mode, a 300 DPI minimum, transparent backgrounds for overlay-on-wood applications, and separate artwork files when foil, engraving, and print elements are combined.
Can VNEW match Pantone colors and custom wood stains?
Yes. We maintain a 200+ stain library for wood and a full Pantone Solid Coated and Uncoated color matcher for foils and printed surfaces. Custom Pantone matching for foil typically adds 5-7 days to the sample timeline and a one-time $150-300 color development fee. Custom wood stain development takes 10-14 days and carries no additional fee at MOQs of 500 units or more.
