Request a quotationMaterials & garment fit
Match shoulder width and profile to the garments before choosing a finish. Compare cedar-wood, velvet and metal hangers for support, grip and rail space. Test an agreed sample with representative clothing, including heavier coats or delicate fabrics; appearance alone does not confirm fit.
Logo & finish options
Send vector logo artwork, placement, dimensions and a finish reference. Use our custom logo programs to define the brief, then confirm which decoration method suits the selected material. Approve logo position, color and surface appearance on a physical sample before authorizing the production specification.
MOQ & order planning
For solid-wood hangers, selected models start at 500 pieces per SKU; confirm the minimum for the specific model. Confirm the minimum for each model, color, logo and packaging combination; a combined order total may not satisfy every production minimum. Plastic hanger quantities are quoted separately. Include the intended split when requesting a quotation.
Samples, timing & packing
Separate sample approval, production and transport when planning delivery. Confirm the sequence against material, decoration, quantity and destination rather than assuming one standard lead time. Specify carton quantities, protection and labels, and record the approved sample and packing details so repeat orders have a clear reference.
